AuDHD is a shorthand way of explaining a dual diagnosis of autism and ADHD. If you're wondering if you have AuDHD, feel free to try out the test below (and also try our focus enhancement app which was built by AuDHDers for AuDHDers).
Obviously an online test isn't sufficient to actually diagnose you but it can give you an idea of whether it's worth going and seeing a psychologist/psychiatrist for a formal diagnosis.
It's a short test based on the AQ and ADHD assessments.
