This free test is based on the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) and helps to identify symptoms of ADHD.
There are two parts to the test:
● Part A (questions 1 - 6): Key questions about common symptoms.
● Part B (questions 7 - 18): Additional questions to assess how these symptoms affect your life.
Answer honestly based on your experiences over the past 6 months. Your results will help determine if further evaluation might be helpful.
This test is a screening tool and not a formal diagnosis. If you are concerned about your results, we encourage you to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for a full evaluation and personalized guidance.
